基隆國際海洋老鷹嘉年華 Keelung International Ocean Eagle Carnival｜品牌標誌及主視覺設計

本次「基隆海洋老鷹嘉年華」的標誌設計以「海洋」、「老鷹」、「人」與「嘉年華」為核心意象，透過簡約抽象的造型與鮮明色彩展現港都的活力與節慶氛圍。主體形象為一隻展翅飛翔的老鷹，以流線羽翼構成飛行姿態，象徵自由、勇氣與無限可能，呼應嘉年華精神「展翅高飛、勇敢冒險」的核心價值；下方則以黃色簡化人形構成舞動人群，象徵全民共舞、熱情擁抱大自然與城市活動。

主視覺延伸設計以「基隆開舞，港邊開趴」為主軸，運用細膩插畫筆觸描繪熱鬧的嘉年華遊行場景。金色老鷹立於海浪上高舉雙翼，象徵基隆的海洋性格與自由精神，周圍搭配音樂、舞蹈、笑聲與花車等元素，融合在地風貌與國際節慶氛圍，展現港都城市的文化韻味與熱情生命力。
