臺北設計獎 Taipei Design Award｜品牌形象再造

臺北獨有的老故事「五城門」 設計概念源自臺北老故事「五城門」，臺北早期為了緩解漳泉械鬥引起的衝突，而特別設立了象徵和平的小南門，有別於大多數城市設計四個城門，最終形成了臺北城特殊的「五城門」。象徵「臺北設計獎」為設計師開啟一扇門。結合「北」字意象融入符號中，期望民眾在欣賞設計的同時，能夠更深刻地理解並感受到臺北的獨特魅力和歷史底蘊。

獎座設計啟發自臺北城風水 臺北建城時特別偏移了14.3度的地理與風水考量，將城門連線的兩條線設計交會於臺北最高峰七星山的方向。對應獎座的造型，以臺北設計獎標誌為基底，設計向上延伸，最終在頂端交匯，象徵著設計師們在追求卓越和創新過程中的不懈努力與突破。

Taipei's Unique Old Tale 'Five City Gates' The design concept originates from Taipei's old tale 'Five City Gates'. To alleviate conflicts from the Zhang-Chuan disputes, Taipei uniquely established the peaceful 'Little South Gate', differing from most cities that have four gates, ultimately forming Taipei's distinctive 'Five Gates'. This symbolizes the 'Taipei Design Award' opening a door for designers. Integrating the imagery of 'north' into the symbol, it hopes to deepen the appreciation and understanding of Taipei's unique charm and historical essence.

The trophy design is inspired by the geomancy of Taipei City's construction, which was particularly offset by 14.3 degrees for geographical and geomantic reasons, aligning two lines with the direction of Taipei's highest peak, Qixing Mountain. The trophy's design, based on the Taipei Design Award logo, extends upwards, converging at the top, symbolizing designers' relentless efforts and breakthroughs in pursuing excellence and innovation.
